The Wholesome Health Club is home to several expert fitness professionals who boast decades of experience. Head Coach, Victoria Reihana oversees all programming and fitness guides. Victoria has been a personal trainer for over 25 years, is an Integrated Institute of Nutrition Coach, qualified RPM and Kettlebell instructor and most importantly, brings a nurturing and holistic approach to exercise.

The majority of workouts in the fitness guides of the WHC are all base around 15 min to 30 min sessions. With a focus on fat loss, toning and strengthening, the programming is gentle yet effective and is designed for all levels of fitness.

Live zoom workouts are held weekly, so you can choose whether to workout out on your own or with other members of the club!

The Wholesome Health Club shows you how to fall in love with exercise and see it as a lifestyle choice, not a gruelling and punishing regime. We embrace down to earth workouts, love seeing every day people just making it work, surrending to the kids or chaos - and just moving to FEEL good!
